Information we collect
We collect only what you send us, plus limited technical data needed to run the site:
- Contact form: name, email, optional phone, topic, and your message.
- Loan or investment enquiry: name, phone, optional email, selected product, and your message. You may also indicate an amount or tenor. That is part of the enquiry, not an application file.
- Newsletter: email address.
- Blog comments: name, email, and comment text. Emails are not published. Comments appear only after staff review.
- Technical data: IP address stored with enquiries and comments, plus a session cookie when you use the staff admin area (including a security token for form posts).
We do not run a public loan origination portal. We do not ask for BVN, NIN, bank-login credentials, or card numbers through this website.
How we use it
- To review and reply to enquiries during office hours.
- To send a confirmation to the email you give us, from our no-reply address, when that mailbox is configured.
- To notify staff at info@tandopremiumcapital.com that a form was submitted.
- To keep a newsletter list for occasional office updates. We do not sell this list.
- To moderate blog comments.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse (rate limits and a hidden field on public forms).
Sharing
Staff who handle enquiries can see what you sent. We may share information with professional advisers or as required by Nigerian law, a regulator, or a court. Email is sent through the server mail function; your message may pass through our hosting provider. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A session cookie is used for the staff login and to keep forms secure. If you only browse and send a public form, we do not set a marketing profile.
Retention
Enquiries, newsletter sign-ups and comments are kept so we can respond and keep a business record. You may ask us to update or delete your details, subject to any legal duty to retain records.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and related rules, you may request access to personal data we hold about you, correction, deletion where appropriate, or a restriction on use. Children
Our products are for adults and registered businesses. Do not send us personal data of a child through this website.
